Trinity Kitchen is one of my favourites places to visit when I go to Leeds. It's based inside the Trinity shopping centre and is the home to a number of different eateries.
The Trinity Kitchen has some permanent restaurants - such as Tortilla,Pho and Chicago Ribshack to name just a few - however it also plays host to a number of street food vans which change around every 6 weeks. To find out which street food vans are currently visiting click here.
I visited The Trinity Kitchen with my family last weekend and I had the most incredible halloumi burger from Kerbedge - one of the street food vans which is currently visiting.
On my last visit to The Trinity Kitchen I tried chicken quesadilla's from Tortilla, whilst my family tried food from Chicago Rib Shack and Chip + Fish - all of which were very much enjoyed. If you're looking for somewhere a little bit different to eat in Leeds I'd recommend stopping by at The Trinity Kitchen.
Have you visited The Trinity Kitchen?
